At one point this was intended to answer the fashion sense challenge. Only it's what happens when Ted proves he can dress himself after all. Also, we have a fair number of fics where Boosters wears/says/does something that makes Ted want to jump him, but not much with the roles switched. Ted can make Booster be overcome with lust too!
